Free Chapel

This project consisted of constructing a 157,000 SF worship facility on a 154-acre site. The modern exterior is masonry with EIFS accents with a four-story tower that features a 25-foot diameter round ornamental metal structure atop. Spanning the front of the building are 10 curtain wall window units that bring the outdoors into the two-story lobby. The lobby features porcelain tile floors, a lounge area, and a second-floor balcony with glass railing to continue the flow of natural light. The facility accommodates a 3,500-seat concert hall-style sanctuary with a stage area, large projection screens, theater-style lighting, and state-of-the-art audio-visual production capabilities. The children’s ministry area consists of a 400-seat children’s worship theater with 24 classrooms, an indoor playground, pre-school chapel, and large activity room. The lower level includes an orchestra rehearsal room, sound studio, video editing room, video studio, choir rehearsal room, several storage rooms, and offices.
