Every once in a while, you’ll hear a bell ringing in the Reeves Young office -sometimes even twice in one day. Even though the bell says “Believe” on it, it doesn’t mean Santa is on his way (although he has been known to make an appearance by helicopter at the RY office around Christmas!). The ringing of the bell is a time-honored tradition at Reeves Young that signals we have something to celebrate as a company. Our operations teams typically ring the bell when a new project has been awarded to the company -even the marketing team has rung it a time or two. The point is, we celebrate every win at Reeves Young together as a whole team, no matter who actually won the work. It is a huge morale booster to hear the bell rung, and we’ll continue to do it for every win, no matter how big or small.
