Reeves Young 2024 Annual Golf Tournament

Couldn’t have been a more perfect day! Last Tuesday, Reeves Young hosted its annual charity golf tournament in support of the FUN (Friends U Need) Club exclusively at the River Club Golf Course here in Suwanee, Georgia. We began the day with our CEO Eric Young introducing the FUN club and kicked off the day by thanking everyone for coming out for a great cause. Afterwards, groups of eager groups piled into their golf carts and drove off to their first hole – tandem style! During the beautiful day, Reeves Young employees, clients, subcontractors/vendor partners and sponsors spent the time together golfing and helped raise over $100,000 for the FUN club! We finished off with a catered reception and prizes for the winners with the lowest number of strokes! We are so thankful for everyone who participated this year and can’t wait until next time!

Groundbreaking Ceremony – The Grove in Walton County

With each scoop of dirt, the ground breaking is marked as a beginning staple piece in the construction process and can be one of the most rewarding! It marks the ending of a long enduring process of gathering teams together to make it happen but more importantly points towards a better and more fulfilling piece of the project – building and the completion. The groundbreaking party at The Grove in Walton County is a drop in the bucket of the process of a project but is one of the most important aspects of how construction sites like these can bring families and coworkers together for a crucial and key aspect for the team.

This dynamic outdoor space project will be an area where people and families can play and perform from sports complexes and splash pads to performance pavilions and playgrounds. This large outdoor park space will accommodate amenities for people from all walks of life to enjoy and exceed the expectations through the enjoyable process of not just building it but farther down the years to come for everyone to love!

The groundbreaking ceremony was served with a delicious lunch under the warm late morning sun and features of the rendering of the new project for a vision of what the future has to hold!

Topping Out Party – Village Park Milton

Near the end! Our topping out Party at the Village Park Milton location for Village Park Retirement Homes was a success and finishing touches are finally getting done. We are just as excited as everyone included on this project is and elated to share that our teams have gone above and beyond to finish on. From renderings to the topping out party, it’s a well worth journey. The workers on site were a part of an auctioned prize competition to win prizes such as Tv’s, gift cards, Yeti items and Tool Boxes and everyone was treated to a lunch from Fox Bro’s Barbeque Catering!

This featured project is the Village Park Milton Phase II Project located in Alpharetta, GA. It is a 3 story, 72 unit senior living facility with below grade parking and an extensive amenity feature list stretches 213,172 sq ft. and sits comfortably, tucked in the outskirts of Alpharetta and Milton.

As finishing touches are applied, these homes represent a vibrant new chapter for the Village Park Community and expectations are exceeded for the owners and its new residents!
