Plus, prospective guests can look forward to a rooftop terrace, bar, and restaurant, as well as a bar and restaurant in the lobby. If all goes to plan, the Cooper Carry-designed structure would be guest-ready in early 2022, per an announcement today. Georgia-based construction firm Reeves Young is onboard to build the hotel.
