FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — Phoenix Senior Living has broken ground on The Phoenix at Braselton, a 162-unit community in Flowery Branch, approximately 45 miles northeast of Atlanta. The community will offer 90 independent living units, 48 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. The three-story building will total 208,293 square feet. Phoenix expects to begin welcoming residents in early 2020. The company partnered with Reeves Young as construction manager and Ameris Bank on the project.
