Sandy Springs will rework City Springs water reuse program

Sandy Springs is addressing issues with incorrectly installed underground water cisterns at City Hall. The city has approved a $389,752 contract with Reeves Young to build a water diversion system for draining, cleaning, and inspecting the cisterns. The project aims to enable the reuse of stormwater and align with sustainability goals. The city plans to seek reimbursement through a pending lawsuit against the project designers.
