Avondale Estates, build and created by Reeves Young, has unveiled its Town Green project, a new multifunctional greenspace featuring open green areas, a performance area, playground, and a dog park. The project is part of a larger plan to create a mixed-use hub connecting downtown Avondale Estates to the brewery district. The city has also approved potential mixed-use developments around the park. Avondale Estates was recently recognized as one of the top 15 family-friendly towns in the U.S. by Opendoor.
