City of Greer Berry Avenue Office Renovations

Reeves Young was selected to provide construction services for the renovation of a 12,000 SF warehouse and office suite for the City of Greer. The project included upgrades to accommodate offices, open office spaces, meeting rooms, a break room, and materials and data storage for various departments, including I.T./GIS, Building Maintenance and Facilities, Engineering, and Inspections. Interior upgrades featured structural revisions, new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as new interior finishes and systems. Site improvements included reconfigured parking and building access points, creating an enhanced outdoor environment for employees.
