Western Kentucky University

Reeves Young is executing multiple projects on the Western Kentucky University campus, enhancing its facilities and infrastructure. These include constructing a 120,000 SF facility to support the Big Red Marching Band, Hilltopper Athletics, and WKU E-Sports programs. The facility features dedicated spaces for the band, a Baseball Clubhouse with locker rooms, weight rooms, and offices, a hitting facility, and an 87,000 SF indoor training space. Additionally, Reeves Young is renovating the 15,300 SF Hilltopper Stadium Press Box, upgrading it to meet ADA standards with a new elevator and modernized spaces for media, including broadcast, radio, and coaches’ booths. The company is also managing structural repairs to Hilltopper Hall, including improvements to the steel frame, stair towers, masonry envelope, and interior finishes, requiring precise reconstruction to maintain functionality. These projects reflect Reeves Young’s dedication to improving WKU’s campus.
