Sandy Springs Public Safety Complex

Reeves Young is providing Construction Management at-Risk services for the renovation of a 4-story, 106,678-square-foot office building to transform it into a modern 60,000-square-foot Police Headquarters and a 22,000-square-foot Municipal Courts facility. The project also includes the addition of a 4,000-square-foot sally port, a 4,000-square-foot fleet maintenance facility, and an 8,600-square-foot 911 Center shell space. Additional features include indoor and outdoor firing ranges, utility modifications, and parking lot renovations. The project is pursuing LEED certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable design and construction practices.
