Gwinnett County Fire Station No.13

Reeves Young provided comprehensive preconstruction and construction services for a single-story fire station designed to support both current operational needs and future growth. The facility features three drive-through apparatus bays, a gear and equipment room, mud room, industrial-grade kitchen, individual bunk-room cubicles, and separate male and female locker and shower facilities. Additional spaces include a Battalion Commander suite, fitness room, day room, dining room, administrative office area, and other essential support areas. The station accommodates a fire engine, ambulance, and a daily staff of five firefighters and paramedics, with the capacity to support up to 11 personnel as future growth demands.

Constructed to meet EarthCraft Light Commercial green building standards, the project reflects a commitment to sustainability by incorporating energy and water efficiency, enhanced building durability, and improved occupant health and comfort. This modern, functional fire station is a testament to Reeves Young’s ability to deliver high-quality, sustainable facilities tailored to the needs of first responders and their communities.
