RY Field Holiday – Nashville Office

Our Nashville office recently celebrated its inaugural Field Holiday Event, featuring exciting games like tug-of-war and a delicious BBQ feast. To make the occasion even more special, each employee was gifted a pair of Red Wing Boots. We honored our incredible field staff, who are the heart and backbone of our company, for their essential work driving our success. These individuals go above and beyond to ensure we deliver exceptional service and results. During the event, our president and executive team took the time to recognize and express their gratitude for the hard work and dedication of our field staff. Events like this remind us that while we work hard to build lasting relationships, it’s equally important to celebrate our achievements and the people who make them possible. #whyRY

Office Chili Cook Off

We spiced things up in the workplace with our annual and exciting Chili Cook-Off! Taste buds were in for a treat, with chili ranging from fiery peppers to flavorful dips with chips and even peanut butter sandwiches for a unique pairing. Employees from every department brought their own homemade chili creations, lining them up for everyone to sample and vote for “Best Chili” and “Most Unique” Chili. As votes poured in, our team enjoyed a fun break from work, savoring different secret recipes and creative twists on the classic chili we all know and love.

Flashback Friday/Staff Meeting 2024

This past Friday was our annual staff meeting, which this year featured a nostalgic twist with a childhood-themed ‘Flashback Friday.’ The event gave our employees a chance to review and celebrate the achievements of Reeves Young and reflect on the importance of our relationships with one another. We even played a game of ‘Guess Who This RY Employee Is?’ using baby photos submitted by employees! Afterwards, we celebrated our accomplishments with a screening of The Goonies and enjoyed a delicious taco truck.

Our business has always been built on relationships—whether within our office among employees, engaging with our community, or building enduring partnerships with clients. These relationships are the cornerstone of our success. Like our ‘Flashback Friday’ theme, we looked back at what we’ve accomplished, the journey we’ve shared, and look forward to what’s to come in the future.

Bring Your Child to Work Day 2024

Hot, hot, hot! Last Friday was our annual Bring Your Child to Work Day for Reeves Young! We had the best time with our little ones running around enjoying the beautiful day and the start of their summer break! Throughout the day, kids colored on our coloring sheet, hung out with their parents in and out of the office building, and brought their swimsuits for the water activities!
Even though it was hot as it could be, the kids cooled off in a foam pool pit, a giant water slide and a bouncy house and and afterwards, ate a delicious traditional BBQ lunch from Sonny’s BBQ! We loved having the kids come to RY to start off their summers!
