The hotel offers retail space along Luckie and Marietta streets, a pool and fitness center, and 2,100 square feet of meeting space. The lobby features a large aquarium. Wakefield Beasley & Associates was the architect. Reeves Young was the general contractor. The development team acquired the land for the hotel in late 2017 for $5 million and closed on a $32.9 million construction loan in March 2018.
