A first-of-its-kind human services that will offer vital resources like mental and behavioral health services will be coming to Gwinnett County, officials said… According to a release, it will be the first of its kind in Gwinnett County and the only one in the Tri-County area, which includes Gwinnett, Newton and Rockdale. It will be located on the same site as the new Gwinnett County Records Management and Storage Facility on Grayson Highway in Lawrenceville.
