Atlas at Inland Port Greer

This design-build project involves the construction of a 91,840 SF tilt-wall warehouse facility with 30’ clear height and a 6” thick conventional slab design. The building also consists of overhead dock doors with dock levelers, a TPO roofing system, and four storefront entrances. The 8.7 acre site also features a 135’ truck court and associated employee parking.
