Avalon Business Center

This 75,000 SF project included construction of three four-story corporate office spaces, each totaling 25,000 SF. The facilities feature a glass exterior bridged by masonry brick and EIFS cap on parapet walls. The lobby of each building boasts two-story foyers with porcelain tile floors, grand chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The fourth-floor suite of each building has an outdoor terrace complementing the four corners of each structure. Each building is complete with office space, public restrooms, conference rooms, break rooms, and reception areas.
