Blairs Bridge Road Build to Suit (BTS) Truck Terminal and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS)

Reeves Young was selected as the Construction Manager for this 33,121 sq ft pre-engineered metal building situated on 12 acres. The facility features 2,950 sq ft of modern office space, 14-foot ceilings, and 68 coiling doors, 58 car parking spaces, 96 van parking spaces, and 79 PUP parking spaces.
