Loopers WTP

This project involved upgrades and improvements to an existing dewatering facility that included the replacement of two existing centrifuges with two Flottweg Model C5E centrifuges. It also involved improvements to the sludge conveyor including the replacement of the vertical conveyor with an inclined conveyor section, a new loading station, and rehabilitation of the existing conveyor system. Two new polymer blending units were also installed. Building improvements included replacement of the HVAC systems, structural modifications and corroded metal repair, replacement of all electrical switchgear, panels, and distribution wiring system, and repainting of the entire building. Improvements were also made to the SCADA and instrumentation systems.
