Perry WTP

Reeves Young served as the Design-Builder for this new, 5,350 SF, 2 MGD Water Treatment Plant on a 6.63-acre greenfield site and self-performed a significant portion of the work. The project included clearing and providing access to the work area, construction of Well #6, a treatment structure, lime feed system, high service/backwash pump station, wash water pond and storm water pond, and yard piping. In addition, Reeves Young performed clear well excavation backfill, electrical, splash pad, under drain and standpipes, disinfection, and foundation work. Significant coordination was also required between our team and the contractors responsible for the construction of the groundwater supply wells, clear well, and offsite waterline.
