Sandy Springs City Center

This roadway improvement project was performed for Holder Construction and supported the construction of the new City Center for the city of Sandy Springs. Reeves Young’s scope included the demolition of existing roadways and corresponding signalization at two intersections. Services included 250 LF of 36” jack and bore utility installation; 3,300 LF of 18” reinforced concrete pipe; 1,000 LF of 12” ductile iron pipe water main; 9,000 LF of curb and gutter; and 27,000 SY of asphalt paving. The project also contained 1.2 miles of walking trails and paths.
