Snake Creek Water Treatment Plant Expansion

Reeves Young is responsible for the upgrade and expansion of an existing water treatment plant for Carroll County Water Authority. The project includes a new pre-treatment facility with rapid mixing, flocculation and plate sedimentation, additional multimedia filters, new chemical building and chemical systems, a new 1.5 million gallon concrete clearwell, a new high service pump station with 3 new 400 HP vertical turbine pumps and 2 new 200 HP vertical turbine pumps, a solids retention pond, SCADA system, 1000KW/1250KVA emergency standby generator, new administration building, and new maintenance building.
