State of Tennessee DIDD

Reeves Young was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for a 121,426 SF Middle Tennessee Regional Office facility on the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) campus in Nashville. The project includes three separate buildings in close proximity: an office building, a seating and positioning clinic, and a structure housing maintenance and warehouse functions. Extensive site work will enhance the campus, featuring retaining walls, a test track, a sensory garden, and landscape and hardscape beautification along the Stewarts Ferry Pike frontage. The project also requires utility coordination to ensure the current campus remains fully operational until users transition from existing buildings into the new facilities.
