V.D. Parrott Jr. WTP Chemical System Improvements

This improvement project for Dalton Utilities included chemical system upgrades, a new coagulant Building, conversion of an existing filter to a post chemical building, modifications to an existing raw water chemical building, site work for three chemical unloading stations and new loading dock, demolition of an existing coagulant tank and feed pumps, lime slurry storage and feed system, fluoride feed pumps, and day tanks.
